Refund policy
Colleen Collective always strive to provide the best product and services. We accept returns and exchanges. If you change your mind please contact our customer service team for a returns request.
For merchandise to be eligible for return:
- Items must be returned 15 days from receiving the order
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Receipt for proof of purchase
- Merchandise must be returned in an unused; unwashed, brand new, in perfect condition with its original tags and packaging intact
- Purchase must be from Colleencollective.com or our store
- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless otherwise stated by the Colleen Collective team
- Any "Final sale" items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty by the Colleen Collective team
- Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty by the Colleen Collective team
If your return does not meet these conditions we are unable to accept your items and they will be refused and returned to the customer.
Online orders may be returned to the Colleen Collective store at no additional cost, however the team must be notified.
Purchases made in-store can be returned via shipping.
For final sale items we kindly ask you to carefully consider prior to committing to a purchase.
Sample sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Please allow up to 7-10 days for your exchange/ return to be processed.
Please take care when sending items back to us. We suggest adding a tracking number/ delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Colleen Collective is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit/ delivery and are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Multiple orders can be combined into one parcel for return. Please feel free to reach out to us.
Refunds
If your item is eligible for a refund, the payment will be refunded back to your original payment method. When your return has been processed and approved your refund will automatically be processed, please allow some time for the payment to be processed.
All sale items purchased in store and online can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges for online orders. If you wish to make an exchange please contact us to return the item for store credit and then purchase the new item.
Exchanges can be made in store subject to stock. If you would like to make an exchange instore or at a market let us know so we can ensure the item is made available for you.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive the incorrect item or it appears to damaged please contact our customer service team immediately via live chat or contact us page with images and descriptions of the fault. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
When repairs are possible, we can provide it as an option.
