All orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post. All orders are shipped via tracked delivery. The tracked shipping will be sent to the provided email address.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees 

For any items sent internationally, please note that all duties, taxes or fees imposed by your countries customs authorities are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment of these duties, taxes or fees are required to release your items from customs. We recommend to reach out to your countries custom authorities if you have questions or require assistance.

If orders are refused upon delivery at either the final destination or at customs, any incurred duties and taxes as well as any associated costs with delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.
