We accept online payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, along with PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay and more.
We do not currently offer buy now pay later.

All items are dispatched within 24hrs via Australia Post.
Standard domestic shipping to metro cities will take 5-7 days to arrive and may take longer in rural areas.
Express shipping may take 1-2 days.

The flat rate for standard shipping within Australia is $10. For Australian orders over $150 shipping is free.
Express shipping is available for $15.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

The courier will leave a slip with information to pick up the parcel.

If you would like to pick up your order from a market pop up please let our team know.
Once your order is ready we will send a confirmation email. This is usually within 1 working day from when your order is placed.
If we receive no response within one week your order will be automatically shipped out to the provided shipping address.

You can return items to Colleen Collective. Please ensure your item meets the return requirements. Items which do not fulfill the requirements will be refused.

If you would like to change any details to your order including incorrect addresses or sizing please contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the requested change to your order can be made. Once the order has been processed we do not hold responsibility for any incorrect details entered.
All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to let you know if the item will be restocked.

Once you receive an order confirmation email your order status will be made available on your account's profile.

We typically keep spare buttons and hardware in our boutique.
If you would like to pick up parts at a pop up market, please contact us online so we can make them available on the day.

We are based in Mosman Sydney.
You can visit us at our Mosman pop-up store until the end of December. While we’re unsure if we’ll extend beyond this date, we’ll continue to be part of the Mosman community by attending Mosman Markets once the pop-up closes.

We occasionally attend Finders Keepers Market, Bondi Market and Paddington Market.
