Shipping and Delivery

All items are dispatched within 24hrs via Australia Post.
Standard domestic shipping to metro cities will take 5-7 days to arrive and may take longer in rural areas.
Express shipping may take 1-2 days.

The flat rate for standard shipping within Australia is $10. For Australian orders over $150 shipping is free.
Express shipping is available for $14.

We currently ship within Australia only.
If you reside outside of Australia and are interested in our products, please reach out to our team. With enough interest we will provide international shipping! -
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

The courier will leave a slip with information to pick up the parcel.

Click and collect is available in store and at popup stores. Please select it on the shipping page.
We periodically host pop up stores around Sydney. Keep an eye on our calendar and let us know if you would like to pick up an item.
Once your order is ready we will send a confirmation email. This is usually within 1 working day from when your order is placed.
If we receive no response within one week your order will be automatically shipped out to the provided shipping address.

If you would like to change any details to your order including incorrect addresses or sizing please contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the requested change to your order can be made. Once the order has been processed we do not hold responsibility for any incorrect details entered.

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will be able to let you know if the item will be restocked.
Some items can be made or order or customised, just let us know and we will see what we can do for you.

Once you receive an order confirmation email your order status will be made available on your account's profile.
You will be notified when your order has been delivered. All orders are shipped via Australia Post tracked shipping. Please refer to the Australia Post website for tracking details.
If there are any delays associated with your order we will notify you via email.
