For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Colleen Collection Pty Lts. The “Prize” refers to 2 x $500 vouchers to be used in Colleen Collective stores or online. Total prize pool is $1000.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This giveaway opens at 10:00AM AEDT on Friday 14th November 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday 30th November 2025 (Promotion Period).

The draw will take place on Monday 1st December 2025 at Colleen Collective store. The draw will not take place publicly. One (1) winning entrant will be selected at random and notified by email (to the email address registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winning entrant and the friend they referred will each receive one (1) $500 Henne voucher. The winning entrant must claim the Prize by responding via email by Sunday 7th December 2025. Failure to claim the Prize by this date may result in disqualification and a redraw at the discretion of the Promoter.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition nor are the individuals featured in the giveaway campaign creative assets.

To enter the giveaway, each entrant is required to complete the official competition entry form and refer a friend via the same form. Both the entrant and the friend must register their details to be eligible. Only one entry per person is permitted. Colleen Collective has one official account. The winner will be contacted via the official account only.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Prizes are non negotiable, non transferable and non refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a Prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Colleen Collective's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

From time to time, Colleen Collective may run promotions or competitions on our Site or Social Media which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion specific or competition specific terms which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Promotions and competitions are open to residents within Australia over the age of 18 years.

Promotion specific and competition specific terms may include conditions in respect of selected styles, brands, colours, collections, purchase periods, purchase methods, minimum spend requirements, bundle discounts, partner promotions, conditions of entry, games of chance or games of skill.

You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion or competition. By proceeding to participate you agree and accept the terms of the applicable promotion or competition.

We also undertake joint promotions or competitions with third party partners from time to time.
